Hi, I’m Joni - a yoga teacher, mama, and someone who truly understands what it feels like to want to reconnect with your body again.

My classes aren’t about being the most flexible or doing everything perfectly. They’re about slowing down, building strength, and learning how to actually feel good in your body - maybe for the first time in a long time.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga through a lens of softness and strength. Some days that looks like slow grounding movement and deep stretches. Other days, it’s a steady, strengthening flow that leaves you feeling powerful, clear, and energized.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into movement, or just craving a space that feels safe and real - you belong here.
